" I dream to do what I feel I was born to do"

I realize this video has been around for some time and I very well could have used it before in one of my blogs, but it's worth sharing again. The very first time I listened to it, I wept. I don't know if it was the unassuming presence of this man, his clothes, his crooked teeth, his very humble, sincere attitude or what. Maybe it's what he says: "I dream to do what I feel I was born to do". Maybe it's his self admitted claim to not being completely confident in himself. Maybe it's the genuine response of the audience or judges. I'm not sure. I don't understand the lyrics, don't care for opera but all I know is each and every time in the the same two places, tears come to my eyes and I well up.  I'm truly inspired.

The reason this is so moving for me can be summarized best by C.S. Lewis, "All the things that have ever deeply possessed your soul have been hints of it-tantalizing glimpses, promises fulfilled, echoes that died away just as they caught your ear. But if it should really become manifest-you would know it. Beyond all possibility of doubt you would say, 'Here at last is the thing I was made for'." The muscle fibers of my heart are transformed when I listen and I swell with encouragement to live one more day for the thing I was made for. I know what that is for me. The next question is a logical one.

Do you?

It will take 3 minutes of your time. It's worth it. Save it, share it and then watch it again.
