Having a goal, not being discouraged, emotionally inspiring

My assistant, Cindy, sent an email to me today that included a touching video. Being the half woman I am, I cried. It helped me realize in spite of all that is not going my way, I have plenty to be thankful for. This video is 12 minutes long from ESPN but deserving of the time. Those of you who love golf will especially appreciate it.

So what is the take away for you? Please share. For me it's no matter what, perspective is important. I live in a small world compared to others whose challenges are so beyond the trials I have. Let me not live in self pity when I think times are tough but to be thankful for what I have.

This isn't about golf. It's about love, dedication, perserverance, passion, faith, and so much more. Thanks for messing up my afternoon. :)

You're right son. I like the comment you copied from the video. Falling is just another challenge. So get up, learn from it and don't do it again.

I'm speechless. But, then when I am looking through the window of my soul speechless sounds perfect; like the silence of his steps in the grass.

I am so thankful for this video that teaches all of us to press on to that goal. I stand amazed at the strength and stamina God gave this man to complete his desire. God was with him every challenging step of the way. May God bless him!
