The president of Sage Concepts, Inc, Dr. Ron Beasley, is a licensed psychologist in Oklahoma and Texas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his doctorate degree, and also earned two master’s degrees and an undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University.
He was the co-founder for both Human Technologies and ijob (sold to Lawson Software). Dr. Ron, the name his clients commonly use when addressing him, has served as a minister as well as adjunct professor for both the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, and Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City.
Being an experienced coach and facilitator, Dr. Ron has worked in the field of human development and counseling for 30 years. In addition to his ability to teach and speak, his one on one coaching style has been described by his clients as energizing, empathic, dependable, and honest. The strengths he displays include integrity, authenticity and the ability to incisively “read” a situation and respond to it in an effective, expeditious and proactive way. His communication skills are exceptional and his proficiency in interpersonal relationships assists him in exhibiting wisdom, discernment and insight into human nature.
His clients approach him for guidance in all areas of their lives and find the balanced advice very applicable.
Ron and his wife, Becky, reside in Keller, Texas, a suburb of Ft. Worth. Edmond, Oklahoma was their home for 23 of their 32 years of marriage. However, in July of 2005 they moved back to their home state of Texas. They have two wonderful children, Erynn Shipley and her husband, Blake, and their son Ryan, a recent graduate of Abilene Christian University who is now employed with Holmes-Murphy in Dallas, Texas, and his wife, Megan.
